Unless you need it for a specific state tax credit, only need information about the property taxes you paid in 2018.

If you don't have this information, most county property tax assessors have this information available on-line. You can do an on-line search for the property records of your county to see how much you paid in 2018.

 It is also common for property taxes to be included on mortgage interest forms 1098.
