I donated cash in 2025 to college which my daughter went to school. Can I claim this cash donation as Donations to Charity?

You should have an acknowledgment from the school that it was a charitable donation in which case it is an itemized deduction if you itemize. . I assume it was not to pay tuition. If so, you could look into education credit.
