Why if you qualify?

I don't qualify but it won't let me file because TT says I don't qualify. How do you just delete that so I can move on?

What makes you think you do not qualify?

It is best to delete the EITC from that forms Summary screen. Here is how: Simply search for the form number (EITC) in the search box and then click the "Jump-to" link in the search results to get to the Summary screen.

Or you can:

  1. Select My Account
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Delete a form
  4. Find EITC and select delete

The EIC will just come back if you qualify - it is automatic.
