I don't know if my moving expense is deductible in Oregon

It is on my federal return, but TurboTax Deluxe is asking what I should put in my Oregon return - and I have no idea

If you moved TO Oregon, then your moving expenses are deductible in that state and you should enter the amount from the Federal return.  If you moved FROM Oregon, your moving expenses from the federal return are NOT deductible in Oregon and you should leave the field blank.
