I don't have any foreign accounts and trusts. Sche B line l7a is blank. But my tax review is stating that is should be blank??? What is the problem?

Schedule B line 7a is blank, but y tax review is stating that it should be blank? What is causing this?

Schedule B line 7a must NOT be blank. You have to check either Yes or No.
