I do not think I deserve an adoption credit but I cannot remove it.

If you are sure you don't qualify for this credit, use the "Delete a Form" tool to remove the Form 8839: Adoption Credit and any associated worksheets (e.g. Adoption Carryover Computation Worksheet).

After deleting these forms/wkshts, log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool to confirm they have been removed from the list of forms in your return.
