I currently have one job should I file 0 for section 1.B on the federal w-4 for a second job I am applying for?

On the form is reads enter 1 if you are single and have one job,married and have one job, or your wages from a second job or your spouse are $1500 or less. What would I put 0 or 1 if I am single with a currently one job however I am applying to have an additonal one?

Either leave it blank if it does not apply to you OR enter a ZERO
