There is currently a bug in TurboTax that causes it to delete your entries if you have more than one type of coverage (self-only, family or none) during the year.
@GabiU , has this bug been reported? Many have encountered it. TurboTax step-by-step mode is mistakenly marking the full-year None box on Form 8889 under these circumstances.
We are currently looking into this experience and would like to take a deeper look at this. However, we need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
