If you entered Foreign Earned Income and need to delete what you entered, go back to Wages and Income and Edit Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion. Go to the screen Enter Your Foreign Earned Wages and remove the wages that you entered, leaving the box blank. See the screenshot below.
Also, Delete the Form 2555-T that was created in your return.
- Go to My Account at the top of your screen. From the drop-down, choose Tools (see screenshot).
- In the Tool Center, choose Delete A Form (see screenshot).
- In Review Form List, find the Form 2555-T and choose Delete.
- On the screen Delete Selected Form, select Delete. After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and verify that the form has been deleted.
