I cashed out my 401k after quitting. I also have a lot of deductions for my husbands work (i.e. food, supplies). Which edition I need to use?

All online versions of TurboTax support the input of a 1099-R - that's where the 401(k) distribution will be reported to you and the IRS - but "husbands work" doesn't identify if your husband is an employee and gets a W-2 or an independent contractor.

If your husband is an employee and those deductions are unreimbursed work related expenses then you'll need to file a Form 2106 and you need at least Deluxe in order to prepare that Form.  If your husband is an independent contractor and has significant reportable expenses then you'll need to prepare a Schedule C and that requires the Self-Employed version.

If, at the time of the distribution, your were under age 59½ and you separated from service with this company before the year you reached age 55, you won't be able to use the TurboTax Free Edition due to the early-distribution penalty on the 401(k) distribution.  If after beginning with the Free Edition TurboTax identifies a situation that is not covered by the Free Edition, TurboTax will give you the opportunity to upgrade to a version that supports your reporting requirements.

Food is not normally deductible as a work expense.
