I cant find out how much my property tax was for 2016

If you paid property taxes from an escrow account held by your mortgage lender it would be on the 1098 from the lender. Or you could check with your county to see what was paid in 2016. You could also check your banking records for the months property taxes would have been due and see what you paid in 2016 if you did not pay through your lender.
