I cannot delete the U.S. address in order to use a foreign address

Return to the My Info section and select edit next to your mailing address

Change the mailing address drop-down box from Foreign address back to the US address

If you see any of the US address left, please remove any US entries still present

Change your drop down box back to Foreign Address and enter your foreign address
