Don't click none of the above if both spouses had earned income.
If both spouses had earned income, then you should not even see the screen that asks about student, disabled, or none of the above.
In this case, go back and check that the W-2s were assigned to the correct spouse - it's not uncommon for a taxpayer to not indicate that the spouse's W-2 belongs to the spouse (it defaults to the primary taxpayer), so it appears that one spouse has all the earned income.
Also, if one spouse has Schedule C income, make sure to add it first before doing the 2441.
