I can't find the place to enter personal property tax. Did go under federal deductions, but don't see it

In TurboTax, you can enter Personal Property Taxes by following these steps:

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions & Credits
Under All Tax breaks, locate the section Cars and Other Things You own and click on Show more
Click Start next to Personal Property Taxes (see attached screenshot).
