I bought a small 500 sq. ft. house to use solely as my office for teaching music lessons, practicing and composing. Where/how do I deduct the expenses associated w/house?

Including: taxes, insurance, utilities, depreciation of property? (This is not a home office, I do not live there, I purchased it solely as office space).

You would include the various expense items you listed (taxes, insurance, utilities) in the section of your Miscellaneous Business Expenses that would match the expense type.

For depreciation of the property itself, you would Add an Asset for the business that is a Real Estate Property > Nonresidential Real Estate type of asset.

None of these expenses will be entered within the home office section for your business.  They are all general business expenses not associated with a home office.
