I bought a house on March 1, 2017. I have TT Premier. Can I deduct Attorney, title search and recording fees + municipal lien certificate. Where?

No, only interest, PMI and Property taxes are deductible. The other items you mentioned are added to the cost basis of the home for when you sell it. This will lower your profit on the sale of your home.

No, only interest, PMI and Property taxes are deductible. The other items you mentioned are added to the cost basis of the home for when you sell it. This will lower your profit on the sale of your home.
