But I did not put that on my taxes last year. Can I put it on my taxes this year? I wasn’t able to claim my house for 2017.

No you cannot put it on your 2018 tax return. First of all, you did it in 2017, not 2018. And there is no credit for windows on 2018 returns. The credit expired and Congress did not renew it for 2018.
