I attend a meeting a minimum of 45 times a year. At each meeting i make a cash and a property donation. Do I need to list the 45 dates for which i make the donations.

At each meeting I make a $2 donation plus $7 in refreshments

If you are making donations to the same qualified nonprofit each time, then you can put "various" for the dates and enter the total amount for all of the dates

What kind of meeting? It might not be deductible at all.
