I am using turbo tax deluxe and in the section"Job Related Expenses" the year is listed as 2017(on 2018 version) Is this correct?

I am using turbo tax deluxe and in the section"Job Related Expenses" the year is listed as 2017 (on 2018 version), and not 2018. And when completed there is no amount stated for 2018, just 0. Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct as under the new tax laws, job-related expenses are no longer deductible for tax year 2018.
