The new version of ItsDeductible is a work-in-progress, and needs a lot more progressing. It has a lot of things that need ironed out. If you wish, I left the steps below to return to the classic version.
However, in the new version, to enter a custom item, first search on the item. When it is not found, there will be a tiny blue link in the middle of the page to add a custom item. (see screen image 1 below).
You can return to the classic version, if you wish. Here's how:

Screen images are not showing. I dont see the links you refer to. Maybe they took them out. Does the browser matter?
If you have TurboTax Deluxe or higher, importing your ItsDeductible donations is easy. Here’s how:
If you make changes to Its Deductible and want to import again, start again at step 2 above.
Note: TurboTax Free Edition and TurboTax Live Basic don't support Schedule A, which you’ll need to report charitable donations in ItsDeductible.

This is an old thread from 3-4 years ago that transferred into this new forum in May of 2019. Links, images, etc. in the old threads may no longer function, and information in old threads may be outdated.
If you have a specific question about the current ItsDeductible, you can ask here or start a new thread on your current issue. Are you wanting to know how to enter a custom item that is not listed, or what?
And are you referring to the ItsDeductible separate website
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/
or are you referring to the built-in ItsDeductible applet inside the TurboTax program?
