I am unable to put in our mortgage information because the bank Flagstar Bank, FSB is not recognized what do we do?

I do believe that we used their information last year as that is what came up for this year.

Manually type the information into the TurboTax software.

Click on "I'll Type It Myself"

Home Mortgage Interest my be deductible on Schedule A and lower your tax liability.
