If you have signature authority but no financial interest -- you report that only on form 114  ( www.Fincen.gov).

Although I do not understand what you mean by " my corporation but I do not have financial interest".  You do not report on form 8938 ( FATCA form ) for signature authority) -- so TurboTax is correct in removing the info.
