I am the only contributer to the HSA but my wife has a card an uses it for medical expenses as well. Is it considered just MY HSA?

I am the only contributer to the HSA but my wife has a card an uses it for medical expenses as well. Is it considered just MY HSA?

Yes. HSA's are individually owned but if you have a family plan HDHP,  you can use the funds for any family member covered.

Some employers do offer a health benefits card that is connected to their HSA. This is a convenient way to pay for your medical expenses without having to submit the bills for reimbursement.
