Yes, they are deductible. You'll enter them in the Business Expenses section by clicking on the Other Common Business Expenses heading. That will put you on the Let's write off some business expenses page where you'll see a long list of expense categories.
Scroll down and select Taxes and Licenses and you'll advance to a write-in grid where you can enter "real estate taxes" or "property taxes" and the amount you paid.
