I am receiving the you have reached your limit of 5 for efiling, when I know I am at the qty of four. where do i enter my email for efiling?

I am at the qty of four for efiling, but it says I reached my max of 5.  Where does this info get entered?

5 efiled returns is the limit per program ... those are the IRS rules ... so all you can do now is print, ink sign and mail in and extra returns you complete.
