I am on H1B visa, both my kids and wife on H4. I have successfully got my families ITIN. which form should I fill and where to send to avail child tax credit for 2023?

If the children do not have a Social Security number issued on or before April 15, 2024, then they are not eligible for the child tax credit on a 2023 tax return. They would be eligible for the Other Dependent credit of $500 for each child.

For Other Dependent credit, which form should I fill and where to send?

note: they got their ITIN number on 20th July 2024.
