I am not self employed but work from home when not travelling. I do not go to an office at any time

I get a W-2 and my company is in Colorado. I live in Chicago and travel in the Midwest 3 days a week and work from home 4 days a week. My travel ,postage, dedicated cell phone line, office supplies are all reimbursed. However, I  have a home office which I use to work the days I am home. How/where do I deduct use of home utilities, fax line, space.  I am not self-employed.

I am not self employed but work from home when not travelling. I do not go to an office at any time

This is considered a job-related expense.

To claim this you must be able to itemized and the job-related expenses must exceed 2% of your adjusted gross income.  So for example, if the income is $75K, then the job related must exceed $1,500 before it starts to impact your taxes.

To deduct this go to:

Federal Taxes (Personal of using Self-employed)

to Deductions and Credits

scroll down to Employment Expenses, then to Job-Related Expenses

It will walk through the Office in the Home expenses for you.
