I am not seeing a credit for child and dependent care expenses for my Kansas tax return. I've only lived in KS part of the year. Is that why I'm not getting a credit?

Yes, only full years residents qualify to claim the credit on line 14. See page 8 of Complete Income Tax Instruction Booklet - 2024 for more information.

You are not able to enter the expenses in the state return.
