I am needing the form that shows that we paid for our tax preparation fees and they were took out prior to us receiving our refund, where can I find this information?

If you chose to deduct the fees from your refund due to you, you would have had to agree to the deduction and would have had a long statement/contract for the same.  If you chose to pay the fee using a credit or debit card check your bank statement. Otherwise, check the status of your return in the Turbo Tax program you used. Sometimes if the IRS rejects your return the funds will not be deducted from your account until the file is accepted.
