I am going through my return and it says "Balance of HSA as of Dec 31, 2010, less amount from 2011-15." I didn't have an HSA in 2010

Does it really mean Balance as of 12/31/15?

Most likely, yes. The balance in 2010 (if required) would be zero since you did not have a HSA.
