Try going back into your Federal Return and click on TAX TOOLS > TOOLS in the left panel menu.
At the pop-up screen, choose 'Delete a Form'. Scroll through the list of forms in your return to see if you have Form 2441 and Delete it if so.
Then go back into your State Return and go through the interview to the end.
Since we can't see your return in this forum, please post again if this does not resolve your issue.
Thank you, but that did not clear it unfortunately. Any other ideas?
You may have to work through the child care section as if you had a dependent and paid for child care. When you are finished, you will see an option to delete the entry you set up. When you delete it, it may resolve your issue. It is in the the You and Your Family section (in Deductions and Credits), and then Child and Dependent Care Credit.
Unfortunately at that screen it only allows me
to choose myself or my husband and says we do not qualify. So I could not enter anything to delete. I’m getting very discouraged.
I appreciate your attempt to help me resolve this.

Are you in Kentucky? There is a form 2441-K in your Kentucky return. Can you access your Kentucky return to delete it?
