I am finding mixed answers on deducting moving expenses. My employer reimbursed me for the move, but issued me a W-2 for the cost of the move. Can I deduct this

My employer reimbursed me for the move, but did count the reimbursement as countable income. Taxes, including FICA and Medicaid were taken out of this.  Can I deduct these expenses?

Since you were taxed on the moving expenses you are allowed to deduct the moving expenses allowed on the form 3903.  Do not enter the "reimbursed" amount since you were technically not reimbursed tax free.
