I am filing for physical pretense abroad, but when I enter the dates that I was overseas, I am told these dates are not a full 12 months. However, they are.

I've tried several in order to see if anything would work, but the correct dates are 02/20/2016 to 02/25/2017.

The period you enter needs to be exactly one year. So try 02/20/20016 to 02/19/2017
