I am eligible for $1990 in vehicle interest paid. The software says "Congratulations you're eligible" but shows $0 Any suggestions?

Can you clarify where it shows zero? You can preview your tax return by following the steps at this link: How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing? Look to see if it is included on Line 13b.
