I am a US citizen living and working only in Canada from early childhood onwards. I am also a Canadian citizen, and so far have never filed UA taxes. Where do I start?

I have tried to fill with turbotax, but cannot figure it out. My address is in Canada, all my income is Canadian, and I already pay Canadian taxes. What do I have to declare to the US? Do I have to file US taxes? How many years back?

do you use Turbotax.CA? one of their experts may be able to help.  there is a tax treaty between the US and CA.

other than that you would need to contact a tax pro familiar with the treaty

Because you are a U.S. citizen and you live in Canada,  you are required to file a US tax return if you meet the minimum income filing requirements.  Regaring how to report your income in the US, you would report it the same as in Canada, for example, wages as wages, pensions under pensions.  You will be able to indicate that your income is foreign and TurboTax will ask you the necessary questions.  You may be able to elect to exclude on your US return, some or all of your Canadian earned income.
