I am a Statutory Employee. I was entering info for "Home Office Exp", there came a point where it did not matter what I entered. The "Fed Tax Due" did not decrease??

In order to claim the home office deduction, you must have a profit to deduct from.  If you already had your Schedule C income down to $0 you would not be able to get any further benefit from the home office deduction.  This deduction cannot create a loss for you, only bring you down to $0 in income.
