Yes, but it depends on your resident status.

If you are a nonresident, you will need to file Form 1040NR which is not supported by TurboTax. Here is a link to the IRS website for Form 1040NR, U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return and its instructions. 

If you are a resident alien, you will generally be taxed in the same way as U.S. citizens. This means that your worldwide income is subject to U.S. tax and must be reported on their U.S. tax return (Form 1040).
