I am 66 years old and pay for my dental insurance out of pocket....can I reimburse myself from my HSA account

we pay $50 a month dental insurance premium for both of us, my HSA has a small balance left I would like to close the account....so $25x12 months would clean it out....can I do this

No. Insurance premiums are not an  HSA eligible expense.
