I have been reimbursed for Medicare B premium expenses that were deducted from my Social Security check. On the SSA-1099SM these Medicare B Premiums get entered into TT when entering the 1099 form. Where do I show that amount as being reimbursed when doing my taxes, or do I have to worry about it since they were reimbursed from the HSA account which isn't taxed?

If you get reimbursed for Medicare B (I do from my pension) it is not deductible on Schedule A for itemized deductions. So don't enter it at all on the SSA-1099.
This is not for Medicare Supplemental insurance, it is for Medicare B that is paid through my SS check. I would think you have to include all amounts shown on a 1099 in order to not raise suspicion.
It shouldn't matter. My pension reimburses me for both Medicare Part B and the Medicare Part B IRMAA . I leave it off and have efiled for years. I don't think it goes anywhere else except to Schedule A.
