HSA Form 8889-t not ready, can't e-file. Is it going to be delayed again past 1/26?

Turbotax says I can't e-file yet because form 8889-t "won't be ready until Jan 26". Apparently, going from other questions posted here, it was supposed to be ready on Jan 17 - then it got delayed to the 20th, and now it is delayed again to the 26th.  When the 26th rolls around, is it going to get delayed again?  Or is it going to be ready for sure by the 26th?

The form will be ready as soon as the IRS releases it and, as you have seen, they don't always make their anticipated deadline. 

TurboTax will update the program as soon as the IRS provides an approved copy of Form 8889-T (currently projected as 1/26/17).
