How to take tax credit for foreign divided tax withheld?

To enter foreign tax:

1.  Click Federal Taxes across the top.

2.  Click Wages & Income across the top.

3.  Click I’ll choose what I work on.

4.  Scroll down to Interest and Dividends.

5.  Click Start or Update by Dividends on 1099-DIV.

Click My form has info in more than just there boxes (this is uncommon).

Enter your foreign tax in box 7.

There is no place to input my foreign taxes paid on the screen for the 1099-DIV.

There is no Box 7 on my screen

As CherylW states above, on the entry form for the 1099-DIV you need to click on the My form has info in more than just there boxes (this is uncommon) link.

Once you click on that link, the other entry boxes, including box 7, will open up on the screen.
