You entered the amount on Schedule C as a health insurance deduction. You need to go back to Schedule C and correct it. Note, however, that to enter business expenses for your sole proprietorship, you need to upgrade to TurboTax Self-Employed (or Home & Business) - I see that you are asking this from TurboTax Premier.
Note that TurboTax will limit your deduction to your net profit from the business (in case this is what you are trying to fix).
