Hello! I don't think I ever received my third payment. But I'm not entirely sure.
I received my 1st and 2nd stimulus check with my 2020 tax return because I submitted a recovery rebate credit.
When I log into my IRS account, go to tax reports, and click on 2021, It says Economic Impact Payment 3 - $1,400.00.
And when I click on 2020, Economic Impact Payment 1 and 2 says $0. What does this mean?
I'm checking my bank account and I never received my 3rd stimulus check.

The 3rd Stimulus payment was 1,400 per person and came out starting in March. The IRS says they sent it to you. Did you get letter 6475? Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.
Check your IRS account to see what they sent you (check both spouse's accounts if married)

Request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment
But I've never received my $1,400.
Why does the IRS website say $0 for Economic Impact Payment 1 and 2 in 2020, when I've received my 2020 amounts.
If your IRS account says they sent it to you then you have to put a trace on it.
Sounds like you are interpreting the IRS website incorrectly. It is showing you how much you are due for 2020 and for 2021. It is saying you are due $1,400. So when you prepare your 2021 return there is a question that ask how much you received for the third stimulus and you can say $0. This will then trigger the refund for the 3rd stimulus.
