How to access live CPA support while using TurboTax Deluxe?

I am working on my 2019 taxes and am using the TurboTax Deluxe package.

This package is supposed to come with live U.S. based TurboTax product support via phone.

What number do I call, or how do I access this feature while using the Deluxe package?

I don't even see a live chat option - which would also work.
