TurboTax does not charge any e-filing fees when you are using TurboTax Online. Additionally, there are no e-file fees to e-file the M1PR-Minnesota Property Tax Refund either since you have to print and mail that form when you prepare it in TurboTax. You can't e-file it in TurboTax. 

The other option you have is to e-file it free directly on the MN Dept. of Revenue Property Tax Refund website. If you choose to prepare, print and mail using TurboTax, see the FAQ below for address to mail it to.
