How is the "Filter" entry used on the Yearly Money Donations entry screen?

Are you referring to an ItsDeductible entry? Where do you see the "Filter" entry?

IF you made a bunch of different donations to 100 different organizations, it just searches and lists the organizations you donated to, to allow you to make more entries or edit your entries for that organization.

In the picture below

1)..if I just type "Sal" it will bring all my Salvation Army entries into the screen....and only those hits with any words starting   "Sal".

2)  If I type in "Alum", it brings up both Alumni Associations to the top...and shows only those hits.

Certainly that can help a lot if you have a bunch of charities...such that they go off-screen for pages & pages

You can also sort the columns ... that can help sometimes ...
