And...TurboTax will never know if you paid your federal or state tax.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS or state after you file your return.  TT never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.  Your proof that you paid your tax due will be your own bank or credit card records.    As suggested by @M-MTax create or look at your online account with the IRS to see if the IRS shows that you paid.
