How do you input a different charity deduction on Federal than state return. T he federal does not allow charity deduction if it came from IRA.

How do you input a different charity deduction on Federal than state return. T he federal does not allow charity deduction if it came from IRA.

That is correct because it is tax-free when it comes from an IRA. Normally the withdrawal would be taxed as income. The IRS does not allow it as a contribution because it would "double dipping". Each state is different. I will gladly research a state for you.
