How do I switch between itemized deductions and standard deductions to see what is best

i just filled in the tax papers with all itemized deductions. How do I tell if this or the standardized deduction is better?

When you click done with deductions, click Wrap up tax breaks. There is a screen (after the CPA/EA thing) that has you toggle between the two. Screenshot below.
