I have a HSA which I do not personally contribute to. $1,500 of my premiums is contributed from my insurance company. It is not reported on W-2 in box 12 as W. No distributions have been taken so no 1099-SA is expected. The only activity in the account is the pass through premiums of $1,500 being contributed. How do I enter this into TurboTax? I assume I will receive a Form 5498-SA showing the contributions but it will not be sent out until May, well after the deadline for filing my return.

You can enter the pass-through premiums that were contributed to your HSA in the HSA section of TurboTax.
